Little James
Little James was born in April 2024. He was a twin and endured a difficult birth. His sibling was positioned on top of him during the growth process in utero which caused his back to grow in the shape of an "S" ... like someone with scoliosis. He was owner surrendered to us when he was just under one week old. Since coming into care, he has been seeing Dr Alford at Lexington Veterinary Rehab twice weekly, and he also sees a chiropractor and acupuncturist at Creek Hollow Vet Svc weekly. He has his own wheelchair and zipline sling to keep him up and mobile while we work to strengthen his back muscles. It is our goal and dream to see this little guy walk on his own one day. 💙
